uhm. so i was doing laundry tonight and mindin' my own bizznizz and then i get side-tracked by other blogs and then i sort of kind of went to 'take a break' and went online and...

and...

okay. not my fault. i read somethin' that made my eyes tear up and then i read some more and then i was a readin' maniac and then... and then...

i heard this sort of weird meow-howl. and i knew. Daisy. and i'm thinking, okay.... cat did not come up with me, did not chill while i did laundry, thought she was downstairs sleepin' on her princess-throne pillow... (and remind me to take a pic of that later. it's kinda hilarious.)

was she here the whole time?? where'd she come from?

no, instead...

i look over and see THIS. yeah. ya'll ever go to fold socks and find THIS in your laundry basket???? cuz i do. she LOVES clean clothes. and uhm. yeah. that's sorta kinda my right foot in the pic. and socks never fit me. i always get 'duck feet'. aka.... socks that are so big they sort of flop out by the toe. hard to explain. i have abnormally small feet for my height. i'm ALMOST 5'6".5" but not quite ,and yet? my feet? are size 6-6.5. yeah. no idea where that came from. my husband calls them 'midget feet'. not politically correct, but... we forgive him.

talk about me ruining someone's parade... she's all, 'doode. you did just NOT wake me up to fold socks, didjya? damn girl , you are BORR-RRING!!'

leave it to me to have a cat that acts like a 15-yr-old.

(she also looks very alarmed. maybe i shouldn't have forced a pic? she WAS on my clean whites so, i say, that's free reign on all sorts of photos. sorry Dais. (i call her Daze.) it's what i do. yo' mama is sellin' yo pics online. what can i say?)

My cat, who lives with my parents because I have enough going on here, does this all the time. If you leave laundry out, her hairy butt will sleep on it and growl if you try to move her.
Cute kitty!

My 100 pound chocolate lab loooooves clean laundry. when it's all warm from the dryer? She seeks it out and buries herself in it. Because what's clean laundry without a little dog hair on it?

Too funny!! And, um, I don't think that you have abnormally small feet. My mom is 5'6 and she wears a size 6 to 6 1/2 shoe.

Depends on who make the shoe as to which size she wears (she has die feet). She does have small feet though, but she is short and all (I am 5'10) so pretty much everyone is short compared to me.

Enjoy folding your socks....my man does ours...I hate pairing up the socks and all...takes too much time.

I have to blog and read blogs afterall!

No cats but I have a dog that loves dirty clothes. I sort them on the floor and always find her in the pile.

My cat LOVES clothes. Whether they are in a laundry basket or piled on the bed, she thinks we have intentionally left the pile of clothes there for her to lay all over. And she's a black cat. So the hair she sheds stick out like a sore thumb on the white piles of clothes! And the dog? She, too, will lay on any item of clothing left on the floor. I don't know if it's the scent of her master on the clothes or what - it can be a blanket, sweatshirt, or sock...doesn't matter. She wants to lay on it. Animals are wierd!

Hey, I have a pic of my cat in the dryer. I opened it, left the laundry room to take a basket to my bedroom, came back, and there she was, all toasty on the nice warm clothes. LOL

Crazy cats!!
